During the months of September to October, over 20+ sites were painted across Old Fairgrounds Park, Brampton. A mural collaboration with Sima Naseem, Angelica Candido, and the community at Old Fairgrounds Park.

COMMUNITY PAINT DAY: As part of My Neighbourhood Project, people from the community of Brampton and beyond, friends, and family supported the event while showing their artistic talent.

Artists, Sima Naseem and Angelica Candido collaborated on the creation of murals throughout Old Fairgrounds Park. Over 20+ murals were painted and thoughtfully crafted to capture distinct aspects of the park, including a focus on the enthusiasm for activities such as skateboarding, and various sports (Softball, Lacrosse, and Basketball), as well as the inviting presence of local community members. Infused with naturalistic elements and lively characters, the artworks vividly portray the inclusive nature of Brampton's diverse cultures, showcasing the range of sports enjoyed in the vicinity and the rich tapestry of animal life.
