My workshops offer an immersive space to explore creativity, regardless of skill level. From painting techniques to expressive visual journaling, these sessions are designed to inspire, empower, and connect.
Workshop Themes Can Include:
Painting or Drawing Techniques – Learn brushwork, composition, and color theory in a guided, accessible format. Available mediums to learn include acrylic paint, watercolor, gouache, charcoal, and more.
Visual Journaling – Tap into your inner world through mixed-media journaling and creative writing. This style of learning offers writing prompts and various mediums to express one’s imagination through words and images.
Creative Expression & Intuition – A free-form workshop exploring personal symbols, storytelling, and emotion in art. Workshops integrate a mindfulness and meditation aspect, lessening the pressure to create a perfect artwork but to enjoy the journey in creating.

Professional Rates:
Workshop fees are based on CARFAC’s standard rates for teaching and facilitation, adjusted according to group size, duration, and travel.
